    I like the point behind the first clip just not his language. Teachers are building our future so they could never get paid enough for the work they do!

    the second video was literally death by powerpoint. Great title because it took all I had to continue watching! Although I do love a good chart :)

    Thing 1 - is so full of truth - Teaching is not about the money you make - but the impact that is made. None of us should work for a paycheck but instead work for self-satisfaction.

    Thing 2 - Oh my, how I love Thing 2 - I could watch it again. I will share with others - having sat through some of the worst ever PowerPoint Presentations - I can so relate.
